Services rendered include all the stages of architectural design as: a general floor plan/ layout, preliminary planning, the finalized design, the implementation plan, 3D rendering, as well as all the other plans necessary (structural, electrical/mechanical etc.). Furthermore, we assume all the procedures for the approval of the technical specifications by the competent authorities (City Planning, archaeological authorities, Ministry of Environment & Energy, and others).
